The Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development has posted online information regarding the recent amendment

The Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development has posted online information regarding the recent amendment that created a new rule requiring some employers to:

  • develop a written policy on electronic monitoring of employees that includes specified information; and
  • provide a copy of the written policy to its employees and assignment employees who are assigned to perform work for that employer.
